Online resources to keep children/kids busy during Covid-19 lockdown

With complete lockdown in place for 21 days in India - some of the common questions , all kids/children are asking their parents are:
- I am getting bored at home.
- What should I do.
- Can I go outside to play.
- Can I watch YouTube?
